Supportive Living

As individuals age, they may reach a point where they require assistance with daily tasks. CareStars is dedicated to providing the necessary support for retirees and their families through our Assisted Living services. Let us help you navigate this new chapter with ease.

Personal Care Services

 

​Included in the monthly fee are the following:

  • Three home-cooked meals with snacks available in between meals.

  • Furnished or unfurnished Private bedrooms.

  • Medication and incontinence management.

  • Bathing, Dressing and Grooming assistance.

Organized activities include: daily exercise programs, Bible Study, Reading, Puzzles, Games, Crafts, Music Therapy, and numerous other in-house activities.

Owner is a Licensed Practical Nurse with nearly 20 years of experience in caring for the elderly.

*Continuous re-assessment of residents' care needs to ensure appropriate care is provided.

What We Offer

Level 1

The resident is independent or requires minimal assistance performing activities of daily living.

Level 3

Residents at this level are able to participate

in daily activities but require increased

support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Assistance may be needed with tasks such

as dressing, bathing, or mobility.

Level 2

The resident requires moderate to maximum assistance with activities of daily living.

Level 4

Residents can feed themselves but are unable to perform most activities of daily living independently. They may be wheelchair-bound and require the help of one to two caregivers for mobility and personal care.

Level 5

Residents at this level require total support with all activities of daily living. They are unable to participate in daily activities and may be either bedridden or wheelchair-bound. Assistance from two caregivers is necessary for all aspects of care.
