Our team is highly trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. We conduct yearly training programs focusing on specialized Dementia and Alzheimer’s care, addressing common behaviors, communication techniques, and effective approaches for daily living activities. Our staff is also trained in problem-solving methods and assessments of residents' needs, including home health and Hospice care. In addition to full-time residential care, CareStars offers Respite and daycare services for seniors who need supervision during the day or weekends while their family members are at work or on vacation.
We prioritize building consistent and meaningful relationships between our residents and caregivers. This approach allows our staff to understand not only the physical needs of each resident but also their personal habits, likes, and dislikes.
